Vitality Fitness Classes
Vitality Fitness classes are a fun and effective way to get a sweat on, tone up and meet like-minded people. Our classes are suitable for any age and ability and can be adapted to suit you. Try your first class for only £3!
Please let us know when you book if you have any injuries or medical conditions, are pregnant or have any other physical requirements that we may need to know about. You should be cleared to exercise by your GP before embarking on a new exercise routine.
Babies and young children are invited to tag along to some classes provided they can be kept safely out of harms way, we would suggest bringing a pram/pushchair along with snacks and entertainment (nothing messy or noisy please). You are welcome to pause within classes to feed/change or tend to your child as needed. If you have a newborn please ensure that you have been signed off by your GP at your 6-week postnatal check up before taking part in any physical activity.
We also encourage older children to join in, for a small charge. Please speak to your class teacher for more information.
