Personal training

Personal Training is no longer a luxury of the rich and famous. More and more people are turning to qualified and experienced health and fitness professionals to treat a myriad of physical conditions, to exercise at a time and location that is convenient to them, to be able to workout around family and work commitments and to increase accountability (how many of you have purchased a gym membership then rarely used it!)

We can create a health and fitness plan that is entirely unique to you. Training sessions can be held in you home, office, local park. or wherever suits you. We work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekends and can fix regular times or be flexible as required. Childcare is not an issue as long as your little ones are safe we are more than happy to assist with them whilst you exercise, if they're older they can join in!

Sessions can be 1-2-1 or you can join up with a friend or small group to split the cost of training. We offer short term training packages if you are looking to get fit and/or lose fat for a sporting event, wedding, holiday etc. We also work with clients long term to effect ongoing health improvement.

Our trainers are qualified, friendly and supportive and will listen to your individual requirements and any health concerns. They will motivate you, hold you accountable, encourage you and provide dietary, health, fitness and injury advice along the way.

Fitness classes

Vitality Fitness classes are a fun and effective way to get a sweat on, tone up and meet like-minded people. Our classes are suitable for any age and ability and can be adapted to suit you. Try your first class for only £3!

Please let us know when you book if you have any injuries or medical conditions, are pregnant or have any other physical requirements that we may need to know about. You should be cleared to exercise by your GP before embarking on a new exercise routine.

Babies and young children are invited to tag along to some classes provided they can be kept safely out of harms way, we would suggest bringing a pram/pushchair along with snacks and entertainment (nothing messy or noisy please). You are welcome to pause within classes to feed/change or tend to your child as needed. If you have a newborn please ensure that you have been signed off by your GP at your 6-week postnatal check up before taking part in any physical activity.

 

We also encourage older children to join in, for a small charge. Please speak to your class teacher for more information.

Vitality challenges

Vitality Challenges are six week fat loss programs with 1-2-1 health coaching, group workout sessions and nutritional guidance. The added bonus to this challenge is that if you hit your target the entire plan is completely FREE!

We can personal train and teach fitness classes ONLINE. Perhaps you want love socialising whilst you exercise all in the convenience of your home? Living a healthy active life whilst meeting others will result in a better immune system, lowered anxiety, it can also be effective for improving overall quality of life. 

Over 65's fitness

The social media boom has paved the way for many new fitness movements and can be a really effective medium for educating and motivating a society becoming increasingly aware of the importance of physical health and mental wellbeing. We at Vitality Hub love using technology to support health and wellbeing. Don't worry if you have never heard of zoom before, as a population we are likely to live longer so lets utilise the ever evolving world of technology for good. We specialise in over 65's fitness, working with individuals in their homes and within the residential and nursing care home industry. We can tailor personal training, appropriately, target fitness classes and offer exercise for rehabilitation in addition to health and well-being plans.
